In my city, there are a bunch of second hand stores, some of which specialize in stuff from the 70s/80s, and I just LOVE some of the dresses there. You could maybe search on google for vintage/second hand stores in your area? I also go to Goodwill places (like the Salvation Army) and sometimes I find stuff (I always have to be sure to wash it before wearing though). BQ: I run most of the time, although I don't like it either. Sometimes, it's more fun if you go with friends. I also do (as cheesy as it sounds) workout videos of like step aerobics and stuff. I find those to be a very good workout. Hope I helped :)

I get lots of great fabrics from here, including some for like Civil War costumes:

if you google fabric and the era you want it from there are loads of places to get vintage fabric and reproduction fabrics.

All you need to do is google vintage fabric and it brings up a plethora of sites. Here's a few that I found:

http://www.vintagefabrics.com/home1.html
http://www.reprodepotfabrics.com/
http://www.revivalfabrics.com/home.ihtml
http://www.fabrics.net/ (this is a search engine for fabrics of all types; you're bound to find a lot of neat vintage fabrics through this search engine)
http://www.rickrack.com/
http://www.vintagefabrics.co.uk/ (UK site)

Good luck with your search!
