for my sons white practice pants, i use tide, bleach, oxy clean, the new shout spray GEL, and HOT water. I let the washer fill, then turn it off and let it soak for about an hour, then turn the washer back on. At times, i've had to do this a couple times in a row. Since i quit using spray and wash and using the shout gel, it's been better for stains at my house. Good luck and God Bless.

Take one cup of clorox and 1/2 cup of auto dishwasher granules, run some hot water in the sink and stir till the granules melt. Fill with enough hot water to cover the pants, put them in and wait a bit and watch the junk go away. Old remedy from years ago and it works -- used it on football and baseball pants and any whites. Do no splash this on you as it will leave spots. Rinse out and throw the pants in the washer for a rinse and spin and dry them.

Buy some oxy clean and soak them overnite in the washer accroding to the directions on the oxyclean bottle. Then tommorrow, get up early and wash them with some laundry detergent with bleach in hot water.
You should have some great looking white football pants tommorrow evening.

ammonia gets down and removes any stain in the wash. I would pour directly on it and soak it in a container. Then wash it using some deteregent, This will release the dirt from it. It is a good idea to use ammonia with your everyday wash. Beware of using it with bleach. However if they pants have been through the dryer and is preset not even bleach will get it out, but ammonia has, with us! Even it takes a few washes.

use an aerosole hairspray such as aqua net and spray the stains well, let it set for like 5-10 minutes then pour some bleach in the washer set it on hot/cold cycle...only put whites in this load and turn it also to heavy cycle...it will get it all out. if not repeat the process before drying ...good luck

What are they stained with? If its blood soak in cold water for an hour and then wash with bleech. Try using some spray and wash or shout on the stains. Wait about an hour and wash them with alot of bleech! Good luck!
