You will be able to draw all kinds of cool things with Sketchup.
It uses vector graphics and you use this to create 3d object to emulate any thing from a ball to a house.
I used it to redesign my kitchen. complete with cupboard, stove, fridge and all the trimmings.
You may visit the Google sketchup site to check the great components that has been created by other users. It ranges from building material to furniture. Appliances to out door garden furniture.
Really ... the sky is the limit with this. You may follow the basic introductory guide to see how to use the basic tools or go on-line to the main site to check advanced designs.
They even have competitions where you may join and design a certain shape or use a theme to boost your creativity.
