Hopefully neither one but Oklahoma had some pretty bad fires and they have tornados. I think I will take our tornados.
You can hide in the cellar from wind but you can't hide from fire or water.

It's a pretty funny question actually, most Californians are watching this on the news like everyone else (you have to remember this hit a rural area in the forest)...when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans I think that was a large residential population.
Honestly, I haven't heard of a fire starting in the middle of a big city naturally.

I'm going through the fire right now.
Californians are a narcissistic bunch of people you know. There are raging fires all around us and life is going on as usual, except we are complaining that the air is smokie, there's ash on our cars, it's hot outside and I have to turn on my air because the outside air stinks. Last night we went out to dinner, the restaurant was packed....life goes on. Unless you were evacuated or had your house burn down it doesnt really affect you.
So, I pick fire, as long as it isnt too close lol.

I've lived/live in both Southern California and South Florida. Both fires and hurricanes are scary. Most places have natural disasters; you just have to choose where you want to live. Personally my dream would be to live in Florida in the winter and California in the summer. I'm almost there.

I would rather not Go through either, now if you would like to know how I would like to die. I would have to say the water would be my choice.

fire
less people die because most of the fires occur in the mountain areas. Not the whole city burns.
