As josh stated, there are no bones or cartilage in the human penis, so you can't break it as such.
If your penis was bent while erect it is possible that you developed a bruise, either visibly on the out side or unseen internally, if this is the case and you are not really experiencing anything other then mild pain, it should go away in about 7 to 10 days, if it does not or the pain intensifies go see a doctor.

You can not have a broken penis as it is made out of muscles and etc.. if you mean you can't get it erect.. you might have erectle dysfunction.... Go talk to your doctor about it.

Absolutely.
You can fracture the corpus cavernosum, or spongy tissue that makes up the erection.
You can only fix it via surgical methods.

As the penis does not contain any bones, it is highly unlikely that it could present a fracture.

There's a Yahoo! user here who has the same problem. His name is "Commish". He said so on his blog. He said that he broke his when he was tried to insert it into his computer while he was watching animal porn, he loves the goats.

No. There is not a single bone or cartilage in your dick. It is tissue so it can't be broken. You can cut it though..

if you have a 'miss stab' during an erection you can damage your cartilage. Some rest and relaxation is all it needs.
