Have no energy latley and notice I am very tired. Put on weight since I was in highschool. Run and go to the gym 3-5 days a week. Have not noticed a big change yet. Been working out for years, but since April have been working out a lot more. Doctor was going to test me for thyroid issues when I was 19, but I have bad anxiety about getting blood taken and never got the test. Think that could be the promblem? Boyfriend complains I am always yawning, but I always sleep at least 7-8 hours a night.

It could be hormones, thyroid, or changes in the levels of other chemicals, but definitely see your doctor. Depression is no fun, and if you're sleeping a lot - that could be what it is.

Yes, get your Thyroid tested. All of these symptoms sound like the ones that go with Hypothyroidism.

You may have something called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. There really isn't a test for it, so you will have to sit down and talk to your dr. Also, please go and get your thyroid checked. It only takes a few minutes to get your blood drawn and it only feels like a pinch.

Good luck hon!
