I think to an extent it bothers people what others think of them, both the good and bad. Everybody likes to be praised but there will allways be some people that will not praise you but on the contrary do the opposite. It does bother me sometimes what people think of me, meaning both the good and bad. I also believe that it is important to hear what others think of you.. Some people take what others say really harshly while some people while being complimented dont accept it in a positive way. I think that peoples opinions sometimes do have an affect on the way i behave and on the way everybody behaves, i mean we are only human! I think everybody should be proud of who they are, accept compliments and if somebody tells you something that you can improve on, then why not. Enjoy!

Of course! In my school there are about four guys that just won't stop staring at me as if I an object! I feel like asking them why but I never ask them why because it would be responding to their staring and sometimes it irritates me so much that I just want to throw a finger at them or yell "What you looking at, you idiot?"

yes I'll ask why if it's for a real long time and is defiantly staring, but I don't really care if look at me for a long time. It's actually very flattering. How would you know if someone was actually staring unless your staring back? I mean really.

Yeah all the time! I'm self conscious enough already, and I don't need people staring at me. I assume they're thinking bad things about me like "Boy she's fat...What a big forehead...She's sort of ugly...etc"
