i was in the weight room like 6 days ago nd i was doing bench press i was doin 45's just to see how many i could do the in my 3rd rep my left pectoral muscle felt like it tightened nd it gave out on me i thought i pulled it so i stretched alot nd just stretched then 5 days after that i lefted 35's on the bench press nd on the 10th rep the pain started coming bak but not completely wat should i do

It doesn't sound like a torn pec, but you could have a partial tear. Give it 2 weeks, keep stretching, try again. Make sure you are using good technique.

Use some Absorbine Jr,you can buy a bottel over the counter and that will takecare of your problem.
