im 7 weeks prego and 5 days and this moring i woke up and i was spoting and i have a pinching pain on my right side i stoped spoting but im still a little worried is this normal? my Dr is not in his office today so i cant go see him.

You can still go see a Doctor, you need too because you may be having a miscarriage..go to the emergency room

Could be normal, could be ectopic pregnancy, could be something else. Go to the ER if you are worried. Nobody will look down on you for being careful!

If you're concerned go to the ER.
Spotting is normal, but you should call so they can put in in your file.
Cramping pulling and pinching are also normal.

you could go to ER, since your not far ahead. if your doc is not in, then why not page him, or ask for another doc on call.
