I seriously doubt you heard that on CNN. Did the Bush administration start these fires 20 years ago when there wasn't a Bush administration? How about 200 years ago? 500?
The Santa Ana winds have been going on for centuries drying out the flora and fires have been burning there every year since.
This year it's just bigger than usual.
And I pray everyday they get the fires stopped and prevent more families from having their homes destroyed.
And now I'll pray everyday that you will get a brain and stop asking dumb-a_ _ questions like this.

It's the people who dislike Bush so much that they have to
blame him for everything. I don't agree with all of his
policies but I am not obsessed with dislike for him.
We have bad wildfires here also which the firemen
say to work long hours is their job and they don't have
the National Guard come in. They have had firemen
from other counties fighting the fires here. They are
due to arson or people throwing their cigarettes out
the windows.
Did you hear Jamie Lee Curtis last night? I am sure
people won't like what she said. She said, we keep
building in the same area that gets burned every time.
There is a bad draught going on. We've done this to
ourselves. (Just like when they keep rebuilding in the
hurricane or tornado places.)
I feel bad for everyone who lose their homes but I would
move out of that area. I wish they would heed Jamie's
words.
Okay, actually it is global warming and since Al Gore
invented global warming, we can blame him for the fires too.
Good Grief.
Edit- I have donated and I hope people donate when Florida
has disasters. Thanks.

I personally live about 10 miles to where the Harris fire started. It came within a half mile of my house and I evacuated for 2 days. There is no way the goverment would start a fire so close to people's houses now that they have to shell out Federal money to help the people of San Diego rebuild their homes. Bush just asked the government for more money to fund the war in Iraq... why would he ask for more money then cause a huge NATURAL disaster that would eat up billons of FEMA's money? Bush is stupid, but not that stupid.

Rush Limbaugh, now there's a competent source if there ever became one roflmao. have been it no longer for worldwide warming there ought to have been greater rain and with much less dry grass and different vegitation any hearth ought to no longer have been as massive and hit costly Republican residences. Boxer is right. The kit that ought to have been used via the national defend became generously despatched to Iraq via California however the federal government has no longer reimbursed California for the kit paid for via California. California can not purely flow purchase greater so they do with out and notice what happens. Garamendi is likewise perfect. whether we did have adequate kit with out national defend workers who're knowledgeable in the operation of the kit the kit could be ineffective yet all those knowledgeable every physique is in Iraq. of direction the dislike monger, Rush Limbaugh is going to discredit people who tell the actuality. He does no longer understand the actuality if it smacked him in the face.

Do you know how stupid you appear asking this question? Most of these fires are due to severe Santa Ana winds on top of a severe drought here in the southwest. Yes, a couple of fires were due to arson and who knows if any other ones will also be determined to be arson. To say that CNN put this into their media is totally way off base.

When you live close enough to smell smoke, you would disagree. Some of the fires were started by arsonists who have sick minds or no minds at all. No matter what your political point of view, thousands have been left homeless by this distaster. Instead of blaming the government, you should be stepping up and helping out. You can donate to the Red Cross .

CNN said that?
I'd sooner believe that some terrorists threw a few cigarette butts out in the dry grass.

Because CNN is full of left wing nutjobs who try to blame everything on Bush instead of admitting their own failures and shortcomings.
