i don't think that you can factorise it - it has no common factors. :(
You can simplify it though. :)

6x-11x = 8 = -5 x +8 = ?

if -5x+8= 0

x = -1.6

impossible to factorize

use the equation x = (-b +-(sqrt(b^2 - 4ac)))/2a

a = 6 b = -11 c = 8.

just put the numbers in. if you do this you will see that on the top of the equation there would be sqrt(-71). as u probably know you cannot sqrt negatives so it is impossible to factorise.

i hope u can understand the formula, its difficult to show on the pc.
