I asked a question earlier who else really wanted sex and I got an answer saying "too tired". Does this happen to other people?

that's when you just cuddle and then in the middle of the night after a little power nap wake up and make up for being tired...lol

I work a full time + job and take 16 hrs of college at night. I am often too tired for sex, but I try to make up for it on the weekends. My girl is very understanding and will with hold the goods if all my homework is not done. That is mean.

It's like, husband comes home from his full-time job cleaning the marina and wants to crash on the couch in front of the tube. Meanwhile, there's dinner to make and get our two kids coordinated and break up conflicts and get them to bed. The toddler doesn't sleep on schedule so we struggle with that.
Then it's ten o'clock and we've finally hit the sheets. Now all the energy just sinks into the mattress and we're into something on the television and are watching it with one eye. We have got to quit being so addicted and turn that tv off. It takes up all our time now that we have satellite tv. The porn helps, though.
Part of us wants to start something, but we're so relaxed we don't want to move. If we do, it turns into a quickie where he gets his but he doesn't have anything more to give me. Then the day starts the next morning of work and kids. Even his days off are stressful. I've bought sex books but without time to concentrate, it's hopeless.
At least sometimes it's good when I'm able to climax. Oh well, I just love looking at my man. We have a fine time being friends and roomates and fellow parents.

Of course someone can be to tired for sex. The exception would be a nymphomaniac. They always want it no matter what. I'm sure women get to tired a lot more then men. My X husband was horny 24/7. Thats one reason he is now my X.

Yes, after about 15 years of nightly sex, both my wife and I would want it but would be too tired. Five years later it is still that way even though it's not the way we want to be, bummer.

I can sometimes be too tired for sex, but after a quick rest, I'll be fine.

Many people are too tired for sex and for anything else. We work too hard and too long.

I have been so tired that I don't think I could've engaged in sex even if I wanted to. Sex wasn't offered at the time, so I wasn't able to test that theory.

Yes, it absolutely does happen!!! I've been too tired for sex, heck I was too tired for anything!
