Can a person really honestly answer that question? I mean that if a person is really hard on themselves, then woud they not be more likely to not say so, rather than admit they are too harsh in the way that they treat themselves, thereby figuring out for themselves that they need to not do so? I know I didn't literally answer the question, but hey, it is philosophy isn't?

I was the life beat the tar out of me. Now I'm back to being hard on myself. It's crippling.

hmmmmmmmmmI think we all can be....................
It has to do with your self-worth and how you value yourself and sometimes if you are a perfectionist or you strive constantly for a certain way of living or just being then you can become critical of yourself................
Everyone is guilty of it if you are human and it does not make you bad or anything..........
I would say I am sometimes until I put things into prospective and each day with God I am learning to do this with God and love and healing :))) God is everything to me :)))

Uh... No. I'm super easy on myself precisely because life sometimes isn't.

I am.
When even something small happens I'm really harsh on myself and make things seem so much worse than they really are.
