You are fine.. Perfectly normal for women to leak colostrum at 16 weeks and sometimes earlier than that. That's when it happened to me. I just recently started having issues with heavier leaking, but I had a feeling that was going to happen.

Don't worry you are totally normal! I just had my first child on the 4th of july! I started to leak out of my right around 23weeks! And somedays i would leak a lot and other days not at all! Sometimes i would leak so bad i would soak my bed! My advice get some breast pads (they are sold in the baby section at stores)! And dont worry it doesnt mean your other breast cant produce milk because only my right leaked for a while but i am exclusivly breastfeeding out of both now!! Don't let any one tell you it isnt normal to leak while pregnant b/c i know plenty who do!!

Yes, it's perfectly normal. I started leaking around that time as well. It's not constant. Temperature differences and random stimulation seems to get them going.
You can find nursing bras / pads in most stores that have any maternity related clothing. They may be helpful if you notice that you're going to be frequently wetting your shirts.
And I wouldn't worry about it being just the one. It happens. It's definitely not a sign that the other won't produce just as much for your child.
If you're still concerned, you can always ask your doctor on your next visit.

Normal, just wait...are you in for a surprise! Wait til your girls swell up like melons and feel hard as rocks as soon as that baby comes. The girls have ears, believe me and as soon as they hear that baby crying...watch out - you might put somebody's eye out. LOL -projectile squirting. Prepare yourself now, go to Kmart and get some nursing pads, make sure to carry a supply in your bag, too. Also invest in some good thick cream, because the weather is changing and they will chap much more easily now. I can laugh at this now, but believe me when I tell you I cried many times over those gargantuan milk mongers after I had my sons. I was told all kinds of stuff after the fact like put some Vicks on them and wrap them up in cabbage leaves. I feel you, truly. Just so you know, my sons are 4 (the baby which just turned 4 a week ago) and 5 and mine just recently stopped producing.

PS I did not breast feed.

Ha ha, only one of my boobs leaks usually, too! It started around 25 weeks, and usually only happens at night. The only thing you can do is get some nursing pads and try to laugh it off.

Haha wow today is weird, everyone is asking things that I have gone though. When I was exactly how far you are I had 1 lactating nipple! I looked at my bra and there was a wet patch on just one side! Don't worry, it's completely normal and for me, it has pretty much stopped, I just have a little bit now and again but it's totally normal!

You're fine. Wear disposable nursing pads to bed, or ever during the day to keep away any leak throughs.

Lansinol makes GREAT ones. THeyre the purple box in the baby isle.

consult with a doctor you could very well have mastitis. i'm not sure if i spelled that right.

on your own in the house try not to wear a bra this prevents you from getting the most milk and. put a warm bottle heater on your boob that isnt producing this will help the milk come along. try use a breast pump after doing this to see if milk comes out.

if your producing milk in both breast and the milk is not coming out this could be painful when it gets too full. go to your doctor and ask what to do then.

EDIT: wait your only 6 months. i have never heard of producing milk at this time; that is new to me. my milk didnt come until the baby came out. yeah...

so ask your doc about that as well. good question coz i didn't know you could get milk that early.
good luck
