I like eggs scramble with pieces of ham and cheese,
hard boiled and I also like egg salad sandwich.

cooked to easy/ medium then put on tortillas with a little chihuahua cheese (not dog!) and baked for a few minutes. With fresh avacado and salsa verde. Yum.
If not available that way, over medium.

Over medium if you say over easy sometimes they don't cook the white enough and I don't like it undercooked. If I cook them they are perfect!

Hatched from Chickens, fresh, well washed, candled, refrigerated....and eventually cooked, preferrable in an omelet!
