I was discussing a certain issue that I've been having (which I don't want to reveal or talk about here), and my co-worker suggested that I try Colon Blow. It sounded like a cereal or something.
Where can I find this? Do they sell it at Whole Foods?

Your co-worker has been watching Saturday Night Live's commercial skits.. It's the name of a ficticious cereal.... If you are having constipation up your fiber and maybe take a stool softner... Good luck
