Negative! Animals do not have intelligence like us to know what racism is. Animals sees colors as dark shade or light shade. Dark shades usually makes animals nervous because they can't make out what they are seing as much as light shade things. As far as your white sheep, it needs its shepherd guidance to stop biting the other sheeps. Sheeps are humble type animals so that should be easy to correct. We can learned from them too.

Sheep don't bite each other. They head butt each other. Sheep do seem to separate themselves by breed and sometimes by wool color and our livestock guardian at one point decided that he didn't like black lambs and tried to chase them all off. It didn't work so now he treats them all the same.
