Just use Windex instead.
Or you could just buy yourself a liter of vodka and then the monitor's fuzziness would be natural.

LCD's ( liquid crystal displays ) use the same technology as LCD Watches (Digital). But watches only have a few segments, LCD diplays have millions. so a fault on 1 or 2 is not uncommon.

Deke, If you can't ask a coherent question here I will be forced to set CC onto you in R&S, and then we will both be sorry.
You only need a couple of drops, but the vacuum pump to evacuate the panel first is going to be expensive.
Also, it is nasty stuff.

I agree with the other person. Windex cures everything. It cured my acne and it helped my mom lose wieght so, so It can surely fix your screen.
