Could be a bad relay or the switch itself...test for power at the switch first to see if you're getting power to it. Could also be a bad ground for the circuit. Not usual for all the lock actuators inside the doors to go bad at once.

The lock mechanism is located in the door behind the door panel and is not easy to access. However, if all locks do not work it may be wiring and this need to be traced to find out why the switch's are not getting the voltage they need.
