I voted for HBK.
HBK actually has a "problem" with Orton, and it's not jsut that he's champion. In their story, HBK was knocked unconscious by Orton, so it would make sense to see Orton vs. HBK. Kennedy and Jeff Hardy are too randomly thrown in.

i would like to see HKB win it, but some thing tells me its going to be Jeff going up against Orton, as for who will win, that all depends on what happens, i think they are planning on some some kind of surprise for HKB...considering what Hardy said to him before their tag match.
