What's the name of this computer game?

It was like 3-D Pac man...there was a winter level...When he got hit by a ghost, he looked like this :O and screamed very oddly...possibly made by the same people who made (Cube-o?)

I should have added that this game WAS NOT made by Namco, who made the original Pac-Man games.

I think its Cop-man or 3D pac-man
