When I have to deal with people who have no heart: they are Hollow Men and you recognize them because they smile, but just with their lips and teeth, not with their eyes.

How can you ever not be yourself? You are always yourself, even if you are putting on a mask and an act. You are yourself with a mask putting on an act!
Usually people try to present the nicest best parts of themselves when trying to impress others..... usually people in a position of power and authority.
Its not that you stop being yourself, you just don't bring attention to or highlight any of the more socially unacceptable aspects of your personality and nature.... the so called negative traits.

Oh i read it wrong, when sre NOT entirely yourself. Prob at work really but even at work i act myself but at different parts of the time im there i have to act more chilled and get on with it otherwise id be laughing all the time and being loud and noisy which would get me fired. Im not myself when im around people i dont like because they make me feel miserable and depressed as they dont smile but if i smile they look painfully even worse. I am a happy person so anywhere uncomfrtable i dont feel completley happy im not myself no.

That lovely time during the month when "flow" comes to town... I'm so tried I do not want to even move. That's about the only time, other than that, I'm a pretty real person.

Mostly at work...who I really am would not be accepted at my place of employment. That's why I need to go into business for myself so I can be myself at all times without judgment from who signs my paycheck.
