I'm trying to set up a phone plan. For the rest of the world, it's a walk in and be done in 15 minutes kind of thing right? I've been on hold all day and I don't even get the crappy music!! Just silence. Every ten minutes or some different each time asks if I'm still there. Now they're telling me it will take three to five days!!!

Maybe you should move to a country that has better customer service.

The worst customer service is in the great USA. Ever since the telephone prompt system, there is NO customer service. It's like the customers are here for the company.

My dad and I went to a restaurant once and the waitress came to the table and said "what do YOU want?".
After we placed the order and were waiting, we realized our waitress had left the building.
Another waitress later came up and asked us if we'd been waited on.

My family and I once went out to a high class restaurant, and whatever food we ordered, the waiter gave us all the wrong food. It was horrible, they did such a bad job and the food wasn't even any good.
