No, Windows will prompt you to install them again if they are removed. Security updates are for your own good.

Add/remove pgm shows what are installed on ur pc. If u remove them there then we call it uninstall. There is no point on uninstallin it, because u will need to install the security patches again. If u want to recover space, then remove unused pgms. If u still want space try xplite. It will remove backup of updates, which u don't need. I used it & got back some 400MB. Also disable or delete old entries in system restore. System restore takes a LOT of space in no time.

You can uninstall them, yes. In fact, you do it the same way as any other program via Add/Remove programs. (Just ensure that 'show updates' is selected at the top so you can see them.
However, many of them are Security patches & fixes to Windows itself. It is not recommended that you remove them, but you can do if the install of one causes you problems.
Leave them there is my advice!

XP POLICE I HAD IT. bypass to the activity supervisor and end the approach which says xp police or some thing comparable. Then bypass to the registry in residing house windows Explorer and delete each little thing with xp police on it. Then discover xp police in 'my archives' and delete the main important folder. That erases all issues to do with XP police.
