Zoloft can kill libido. It's a common side effect. He might want to speak with his doctor about changing the dosage or switching the antidepressant he's on if this is a serious enough concern. He SHOULD NOT stop cold turkey without speaking to a doctor first and coming up with a weaning game plan. There are lots of drugs out there to try. Wellbutrin is known as a libido enhancer, actually.

Just as a side note. If his doctor is blowing him off about this, perhaps he should be seeing another doctor. Preferably a psychiatrist who understands the nuances of mental health drugs.

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. Not that I've heard of, but it can cause anorgasmia (inability to orgasm). That can be a good or bad thing...it lengthens one's "attention span" so to speak.
