Ugh...people here will give you a thumbs-down answer if they don't like your avatar. So what? It's not the end of the world. You could do all the research in the world, spell every word correctly, have perfect grammar, compose a completely informative and correct answer and still get a thumbs down. Happens to everyone. Move on and keep answering, instead of wasting your time worrying about a silly rating!

Yeah, they put the question marks at the end because you are supposed to ask questions.
