I found this hard to believe. It's bad enough when we have to pay for looking after homegrown scum.
When they are released they will reoffend so send them packing.

If it means sending them back to a country that would execute them we should offer to do it here to save on air fare.
Same goes for no deportation agreements.

Execution never did me any harm and I didn't re offend.

Their home country doesn't want them any more than Britain. It is international agreement to hold criminals in prison of the country of the offense. They would send them back it would either mean the execution of a foreign law by keeping them in prison or sentencing them based upon paperwork. It would very likely end up in release, and the criminal would go back to Britain and commit a crime again.

It is because they are from countries they cannot be deported to unless they are set free in the process. It makes a nonsense of the judicial system here if someone can be prosecuted and sentenced and then deported to freedom.

The spin on this one is that it makes it easier to deport them at the end of their sentence! Believe that and you believe anything.

they will hold him till court hearing then after hearing deport him we dont need these type of people in uk get rid of them.

thats a good idea and they could swap them for all the british prisoners in other countries
and then fill the two empty prisons back up
