Kangaroo, which tastes sorta like a cross between Rabbit and Beef. That and in South America, when I was about 6, I ate Guinea Pigs without knowing, tasted like tough chicken. When I found out I actually cried because I had a pet Guinea Pig at home.

rattlesnake when I was in China visiting my cousin, he told me it was chicken so I didnt know what I was eating until later on.
