Do they have better scientist?

No, they don't have better scientists. Yes, our "debt" is being sold to them at alarming rates. They own so much of us now that they could attack Taiwan (The real China) and we would be powerless to stop them.

Of course they are. All you have to do is look at the present state of the world. The USA has an extremely diminished standing. look at the other countries that are starting to step out as a world leader. The plan here was to destroy the US economy, put us in debt and then dictate terms. If you really look at the blossoming alliance between Iran and Russia. You see countries running from the USA umbrella towards who they feel will be the next dominant power. That power is China.

In my opinion the Bush administration has been played as FOOLS. They were so obsessed with preventing another terrorist attack. That they neglected EVERYTHING else. Thus positioning the country in a Lose Lose situation.

We are no longer FEARED. We are no longer RESPECTED. Those two conditions dictate that countries like China, Russia and Iran will try to overpower us.

Remember when Germany and France tried to step out from under the US umbrella. That was back in 2001-2002. Five to six years ago. They knew what was coming. All we need now is for Iran to go nuclear. That will set off a chain of events whereas everyone will finally know. Just who is in cohoots with who. I believe there will be quite a few surprises. I also believe the only one surprised will be the USA. The surprises revealed to the USA will be extremely unpleasant.

China is indeed becoming a world power, but putting ridiculous rumors aside that China will overtake the US in world dominance, we need to recognize that the US will always be the world superpower. Economically China will be a force, but when you factor the military into the equation the USA destroys China and everyone else combined for that matter. China will always play second fiddle to the US. That is just the way it is. Besides it is my theory that the US and China will get into a "Cold War" of sorts within the next 10-15 years, and China will bow down just like Russia did, once it realizes that it can't contend with us. Besides if China tries any bullshit the US would bomb it back to the stone age. I love living in America, because we hold the power in this world and always will. Sorry China looks like you'll have to play the jealous little brother for the forseeable future. I mean seriously how could we as the greatest country in the history of the world view a country that condones dog eating to be a legitimate threat.

No they are not taking over the USA. And NO they do not have better scientists. If you put our 10 best American educated scientists against there 10 best Chinese educated scientist the US would have 7 of the top ten.

Yes, we went for Chinese food just last week. Oops! I had Thai though. As for the "better scientists" thing, we used to think that the former Soviet Union had better scientists and better medicine but once it collapsed we found out we were very wrong. China can't be any better.

probably. you can look at the trade deficit - that's one. But more importantly - look at the national debt financing, that's where they'll get us.

China has waged an economic war... and won.

I don't believe the U.S. could win a conventional war against China either - this is probably why we're resorting to trade with them, yet still bullying Cuba.

After all of the recalls of toys, I decided I would boycott China. HA! I went to Toys-r-us, Babies-r-us and Target, looking for a toy made in the US. COULDN'T FINE ONE!

you say that as if it is present tense rather than past.
When mos of the flags you see flying above American homes, are bought at Walmart, and have a tag on them, "Made in China", i believe the deed is already done.
