I am 100% compliant. I have poassed the halfway mark. My judge said in court that the probation can be terminated by half or even less. My PO has said that she will motion for termination now. She said it months ago. She has not done it. Do I have a complaint. The problem my pO is havin g s that the judge graduated me from all obligation 6 months before half way. I reminded the PO tyhat she siad she would terminate me after I finished all the requirements. She said "I did not know the judgw would let you off. She is a liar. The judge would not do that unless she recommended it.
I expect to be terminate any day. Should I make waves.

Contact your defense lawyer to help you. If that person no longer represents you, maybe you could write a letter to the judge?

You could complain, but it probably wouldn't get you anywhere, as they are not required to ask for early termination. She could easily say that you have attitude problems or that she wants to randomly drug test you some more or something.

My nephew reported a parole officer who would not cooperate with giving him a work pass. The parole officer was just lazy. He complained to his PO's supervisor. A few days later, the PO came to his house, searched it thoroughly. He was staying with a friend who was a former police officer and was working security who had a armored vest. The vest was confiscated. My nephew was taken into custody and told that he had a parole violation because he was not allowed to possess the vest.

Within two hours, his roommate provided to the State's attorney in writing information about his highly decorated performance in Desert Storm, his history as a police officer, his highly political connections, and a demand for the return of the vest.

We believe the only reason why my nephew was released was because of the fear of the fallout that would have happened. He narrowly escaped being held on a probation violation hold until charges were resolved.

Don't make waves. Contact the judge in writing. Don't include any negative information about the PO only positive information about what you have accomplished and a reminder as to the judge's statement that your probation could be terminated early. Good luck.

Just file a request to terminate your probation with his/her supervisor. I don't know what state your in but in my state they have this application call early release. You fill it out and submit it with one of the file clerks that works along side of the probation officers. Request a form for early release and see if they have them.

Try not to show your anger to your probation officer because they can F*** you over, be a little more patient it will happen for you.

Good luck!

That would be your choice. Only you know what type of attitude your PO has and have to wonder if she would retaliate.
