When I went on disability my income dropped drastically. These are a few things I had to do. Get rid of Cable TV, cell phones and anything else that is a want and not a need. On your home phone, drop the extras like Call Hold, Caller ID, etc. and talk with your phone company about getting their cheapest long distance program - I pay a two dollar fee + 10 cents a minute.
Since you have a child at home, check into Medicaid, Food stamps and any other state or federal program that you might be eligible for. Check with churches in your area to see if there are any resale shops or food pantries that they sponsor.
My church is part of a group of 13 churches (all denominations) that have a pantry where you can get 3 days of food so your child doesn't go hungry. The resale shop sells things REALLY cheap. I've found some beautiful clothes there for between 50 cents and five dollars, a vacuum for $15, etc.
Check into all sources for help. Everyone except the people
in Washington, D.C. know that that minimum wage is not a living wage.

I'd hate to tell you, but this sounds awfully cheap to me. Your total living expenses are about $600 per month. That mean you can have a place to live which has heat and light for $7200 each year. It's not going to get any cheaper than that.

$350 is very low for rent.
To make your electric and gas bills not be so high, turn off your stove, oven, TV, VCR, stereo, lights, and other things that use electricity and gas, and turn down your thermostat.

Wow this is great rent in compare to where I live. As for electricity sometimes you can get a reduced rate if your income is low.
