I've always tried to be the kind of person who does really well in school/college, has time to spend with family and friends, works part-time, and still manages to help people by doing volunteer work.

So far I have not succeeded.
If I get a job, my marks suffer... if go out with friends or family, I have no time for this and that.... how do you get out of this constant stuggle?

I know people who can 'do it all'. They are typically very driven, which means that they never really stop and enjoy what they have achieved; they are always moving on to next thing, you know?

That seems like an unsatisfying way to live (to me).

If you are trying to live like one of these people, but you are someone who does take the time to enjoy life, that may explain your feelings of 'struggle'.

So why don't you cut back on something?

You're gonna be alive for a looooong time - do you really need to do everything right now?

I think individual differences pretty much sums this one up. We are all different and no matter how hard you try, you cannot be exactly like anyone else. So, find a happy medium and learn to make the most of it. Stop beating yourself up for something you have no real control over.

they are the blessed one;
you have to know how to utilise time; and plan in advance; there is nothing great in that. all time mangement and resourefulness.all r not capable but for some, it comes handy.
if u have determind to do it all u can do. if u think its not possible, that always imposible.
u should not think its problem for you.u have to take it as a challenge. and u can do it.

We all have our own limits to what we can do every day. Some people have the energy and ability to go and go and go, while some (like me) are lucky to have enough energy to go to work. People are different. That's all there is to it.
