Seriously. He's a relatively dapper little guy, although he's really short. He has a good haircut and his suits are well-cut. But what's up with the no tie thing? It just looks sloppy. And that scrappy beard! Either grow it out or trim it properly. If you're going to be an evil dictator then look the part. There is no reason to be unfashionable and unkempt.

Evil dictator...no wonder no one answers your question. YOu obviously don't even read the news. He is actually bettering his country ( unlike Bush ). The poeple you see in interviews are just the few like those Americans that hate their country and are interviewed by Arab channels....
DO some reading about that country and then make judgments. His look is just so he has a more informal and closer to mid class people and gives them the feeling he belongs to them
