Has it something to do with the way we eat/ live nowadays? Or is it just evolution? Or maybe I'm the one just noticing this.

Most women do have large breasts. However, not a lot of normal sized women have HUGE breasts. Those are fake. I guess your standards are just different because you are including fake boobs into the spectrum

Because breasts are composed of mostly fat! It's common sense!
Why do you ask such a dumb question?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with small breasts!
Breasts are not sexual organs; they're not biologically intended to please a man but to feed an infant. The size of a woman's breasts has nothing to do with her ability to breastfeed since breasts enlarge when a woman becomes pregnant.
Big breasts are unnatural on a non-pregnant woman, especially on thin women. Large breasts on thin women are usually fake as a result of implants.
If you think small breasts are unattractive, then you're extremely shallow. As I've said previously, they're perfectly capable of breastfeeding. Also, small breasts are much less likely to sag in old age and less prone to breast cancer. So small breasts should be thought of as a good thing!
Don't be shallow and concern yourself with bust size. The only difference between small and big breasts is that the latter has more fatty tissue. It's a woman's body fat composition and genetics that determine her breast size.

Women shouldn't have gigantic breasts if they're slender. That's because breasts are comprised mainly of fatty tissue and that will shrink when a woman loses weight. I don't like this current ideal of women being very thin and having huge breasts because I know that nearly all the time, those breasts are fake. Besides, what's so wonderful about large breasts anyway? They're heavy, can cause backaches, and make it very difficult to find tops that fit properly. Not only that, but large breasts make women look heavier.

...Because the point of breasts is to feed a baby, and small breasts can do that just as well as large ones. In fact, wasting a lot of calories to develop larger-than-necessary breasts flies in the face of the common sense of evolution. They do what they were meant to do, and they are the perfect size for that purpose, even if you'd prefer them some other size.

Small ... compared to what? The sizes they become after so many women receive implants? I think that you simply THINK they are small because of ...
A) All the T&A you see in Hollywood and
B) Societal obsession with big boobs
My guess is that IF everything else was equal, a 36B would be normal, not small.

I don't know why you think that - the average breast size has actually increased from a B to a C. This is most likely because people are steadily gaining weight - as a person gains fat, their breasts do too.

Actually breast sizes have increased over time, much of it may have to do with the increase in cosmetic surgery and rise in obesity. As beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I believe breast size is also in the eye of the beholder. What do you consider small?

Well, unless your Casa Nova, and have been with most women, you must be mistaken. Besides what is small to you? Most women I have seen (clothes on) have voluminous breasts.
I'm not trying to sound rude.
Since, you are speaking of thin women, then yes SOME of them have little fat, so smaller breasts. Breasts can get bigger if you gain weight, and get smaller if you lose weight, because they contain a lot of fat.

I noticed you said slim women with small breasts. Breasts are made out of fatty tissue. Therefore, one would expect fat women to have big boobs and slim women to have small boobs.
