Don't waste your time. He might ask for all the sex acts he did on you back. Pay to play ya know?

You may still be a friend and that is for you to decide. However, the degree and cause of your discomfort with him affects the best answer I could give. So I will respond as if your discomfort is primarily in desiring to end the relationship as it once was and concern that he appears to want it to continue. As a friend, it is not wise to LEND money...if you can afford to give the money, do so with the thought you don't expect to be repaid. True debts between friends have a way of destroying friendships. As someone who does not wish to be a friend, it would not be wise to LEND money because the debt ties you to him...and giving is out of the question. A friend would help out a friend where reasonable, but an acquaintance would not. Act accordingly.

Send him an e-mail asking him to pay back the money he borrowed from you. Hopefully, he will e-mail you back and say he plans to pay you back. No matter what else he says, as long as he admits that he owes you the money, you can take him to small claims court. Next time, don't loan men money. It's not a wise thing to do.

How far are you willing to go? For principle's sake you should "ask" but then maybe for your own sanity just drop it after that and see what he does. Did he borrow the money and say he intends to pay you back? Or did you just give him the money with out the expectation that he pay you back.

Unless you have proof, going to court will be he said/she said. An honorable person would pay it back, but there are very few honorable people left in the world....... Don't lend money without getting a promissory note, EVER, especially with friends, family and lovers! Those are the first to take advantage of you. In fact, NEVER lend money to friends, family and lovers, period.

He may be angry, but who cares. If he owes it to you ask for it back. $200 is alot of money to lose.

He owes you the money so ask for it back. If he doesn't comply, just take him to court.

Don't ask him for the money back. Tell him what will happen if he doesn't pay you back. Sue him.
