Those home pregnancy tests are over 99% accurate, if it is after the start of your normal period. The general consensus is that if you get a positive home pregnancy test, assume you're pregnant unless some other information becomes available. Get another doctor's test in another week or so. I say you're pregnant.

I would say you are. You took a total of 5 tests at home all positive. Why would all 5 be faulty? I don't think so. I have heard of more false positive preggo tests at the doctors. I say you are because i really don't believe all 5 tests would lie. Congrats!

That doesn't seem to make much sense because the urine tests they do in doctors offices can detect pregnancy hormones sooner than store bought pregnancy tests.

That's strange. Did the doctor do a blood test? These are much more accurate than a pee-on-a-stick test, and they detect hcg at a much lower level.

Ya, you probably are pregnant. Go back in two weeks and have the test done again at the doc's office but I'd guess you were pregnant.

CONGRATS MOMMY! You are pregnant ... the doctors test are not as sensitive as the hpt sometimes. get a blood test then you will have your verification! God bless you and your new growing family.

What type of test did the doc run? Urine or blood?
