taking against the Bush Adminsstration, I always foward the emails to the White House to let them know in advance. Am I wrong?

Well, if you joined just for the purpose of ratting them out (Even though it isn't necessary, as they're not going to announce it before actually filing suit or at least issuing a press release about the intent to file suit), then you really should be questioning your own morals, shouldn't you?
