As they are different manufacturers I can't see it myself !

Not likely. They will probably fit the Fazer though, which is the Yamaha equivalent of the Bandit.

i have heard the same but have yet to see the switch in reality allthough the front forks are actually made by the same company for both bikes in fact there are only two manufactures for front forks for all jap bikes then the stickers change mass production its cheaper

not shure if its altered but the manufacturers used to stick with their own standard sizes for different cc groups,
