I am listening to his press conference right now, unfortunately, and am wondering if he really cares about those wealthy beings in which he gave tax cuts to. Did he care more or less about the people in New Orleans? Is it possible for him to care about anything? Does he have a brain? Does he enjoy saying people's names in which are hard to pronounce? Because it sure seems like it.

Of course not...but he has to appear concerned to maintain the support of the few left that he has...and hopefully some more.
He does care about inflicting aggression on any country that gets in his way though.
A brain? Yes he does although the size has to be questioned.
It makes him come across as more feather-headed if he continues pronouncing words that he struggles with in order to appear harmless in front of his people.

You are so-o-o confused. First, the folks who were left behind in New Orleans, were abandoned by their democrat mayor and democrat governor. Had Bush sent in the help before it was requested, you'd have been screeming about "State's Rights." Notice that those with money made it out? Notice too, that those with money actually have an education and work for a living? So, what happened? The law requires EVERYONE to go to school and we must ALL pay for those schools. Being that the teachers all have to pass the same board exams for certification, I suspect that poor parenting breeds poor students who then grow up to be poor parents. And they were ALL democrats!
Secondly, not everyone in California is wealthy. I have a number of friends (I've not heard from in over a week) who may have lost their homes, some have money, some do not. And that you would be such an @ss hole as to suggest as you have about the president and the super wealthy, makes you just that. A horse's @ss. Pray your house doesn't burn down. Shyt head!

Mr. bush declared 7 counties in California to be in a federal emergency state.
I'm certainly not a Mr. bush fan but at least he's ACTING like he cares. If that helps to get things under control, I'm all for it.
