No but Clintoon did have a lot to do with not allowing thinning of the vast forests along the West coast. If the thinning of the tree's would have been allowed the fuel load would have been much less resulting in less intense wildfires. I realize your question is obviously to bash Bush but Clintoon was a complete buffoon when it came to conservation not to mention the rest of his 8 year debacle....
