Oh my goodness how could I forget Hector That brings back memories. Oh dear I am getting old aren't I.

I checked out your link and i don't remember hector.
But i did remember Mary Mungo And Midge with the see saw intro music.I knew the music from when i was a kid.
Im 36 and that came out in 1969.
So i must of seen reruns when i was 5 unless the programme was still being made in the early 70's.
It brought back nice memories though.

I'm sure it was in black and white when I watched it - we came from a poor family and a poor street, and we didn't have a plasma screen beween us.
I used to be sent out on a Friday night to do begging outside the TV shop to pay my way.
I remember Hector well.
He had big ears, a silly wig and called him / herself Hectoria, dressed kinda ridiculous, and still brings a lump to my throat even today just thinking about it.

Yes, I remember Hector's House but it was mainly for boys I thought. I liked Mary, Mungo and Midge.

I was a teen and it was cool to watch Hector lol so yes old enough to remember and Bay City Rollers rocked!!!!

Sounds like the Kingfish on the old Amos & Andy show. I also seem to remember Sammy Davis Jr., doing it too but probly as a tongue in cheek reference to A&A.

In 1970 I was in a pram. Unless I was watching from the pram. I don't remember. They look ancient. Not like the modern day stuff. hahahaha
