You're making me feel old again--I remember the muppets long before they had a show. I first saw them in about 1973, but I watched the Muppet Show regularly. I especially liked the grumpy old men in the balcony.

I LOVED this show when I was a kid! I especially loved the two old cranks in the balcony...Waldorf and something....can't remember the other guy's name. I even had the old metal lunchbox with "The Muppet Show" on it. Man....good times. Now I want to watch an episode and see if it's as good as I remember it to be.

I watch it on DVD with my mom. But I can remember the second generation of The Muppet Show. I think it used to come on ABC and had newer guests, such ad Garth Brooks.

I do.

When I first watched it, it was on Nick Jr. But I had already realized it was an old series.

But wasn't that show kinda mostly for...an older audience at the time? Probably not, but the atmosphere/setting of the series made me feel that way.

Good show, I'm most likely going to buy the DVD as well. ^_^

I watched with my daughter when she was very young. We laughed a lot over the 2 alien characters who bopped up & down saying "boop, boop, beep, beep, telephone!" I can't remember who they were, but they were a crack-up.

I think my daughter learned a lot from that show. She was reading at a very young age. Started talking at 9 months.

I loved that show. Bunsen and Beaker were funny as hell. And the Swedish Chef was off the hook. Kirmit Is The Man!
