I really need some serious ideas here. A few co-workers (female) and I want to get some serious revenge on another co-worker (male). Nothing illegal, but I wan't it to HURT either financially, emotionally or psychologically. This guy is a total d--k and he deserves it. He would have been fired years ago due to sexual harassment if he wasn't our best salesman.
I've never done anything like this before, but I am willing to go really far to get this done.
Help!

I have read some of the answers you are getting, and doing some of those things can get you in more trouble than this guy is -- I've worked for large companies, and small ones -- there is stuff going on at all of them that shouldn't be. In order to save your job and dignity -- get out of the game playing with the other co-workers. If you have a valid complaint against this man, document it --without emotion using facts only - and report it to Human Resources. If that doesn't work because you feel he is being favored due to his sales results, contact the Labor Board and let them decide if you have a case.

Ok champ,I love revenge, i've done this in the past and this is a surefire way to get at him. Every guy is soooo worried about penis size, so, write on a toilet wall that they have a small penis, people will find this amusing in some way i'm sure and it will filter around work that it was written. Now of course who knows how big his penis is, but even the fact that it was written on the wall will get to him for sure, give it a go and see, just remember don't tell anyone at all that you did it.

Maturity time....for you. You don't let this get to you, but you all document his actions against YOU, no fair listing actions against the other women, that's their responsibility to document: date, events, etc. If you present a case and your company doesn't do anything then you'll have to decide what you will do; stay or find a new job.
