that I know who has children to get them enrolled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and so far noone has listened.

My son tried 'regular' karate, only he didn't like the instructor. And has developed deep hatred to anything like this...I mean instructors

They are 30 and 34 so they can decide for themselves. I doubt it though.

If I had a child, it depends if he/she wanted to do it or not. I wouldn't force the kid.
