daiseymae.. that is a deep question now! Lets see?? I think freedom is a good thing we have, but there is a responsiblity to do the right things with our freedom! Sometimes I think we take advantage of it more then we need to to!

It means to not take advantage of the word freedom, to accept what comes with freedom and to use it wisely.

There are many people risking their lives for our safety and our rights. We need to take some responsibility to appreciate the people who go to bat for us, because without freedom we would be living in terrorism.

exactly what we have here in the US - we have freedom of speech, but with it comes responsibilities, too - As in a public school - a student can say whatever he wants, but he has to be willing to take responsibility for his actions if it's against school rules (like threatening a student or teacher)

1. i have to work hard
2. i need to vote and do other civic duties
3. i have to be personally responsible rather than wait for my government to be responsible
4. when the government needs to be responsible it is my job to MAKE it so
5. i need to just be a good citizen and for the right reasons, not because the government MAKES me
