Someone says they can't view the flash on this page, but it works in all the top browsers. They are looking at it on a school computer and get audio but no sound.

Any browser without the flash plugin.
Instead of addressing the link "Can't see the video? Click here" to another page why not just write "This website requires the Flash plugin. Click here to download it for free".
It's somehow straighter, don't you think?
