It is safe to use hand sanitizer instead of washing your hands. It is actually better to use the sanitizer because people tend to not wash their hands properly (30 seconds, hot water, ect.).

It is safe, however studies have shown that wasing your hands with regular soap and water have shown to prevent more colds.
While the alcohol will kill the bacteria, it may not remove the virus particles.
dry your hands with the paper towl and use that to open the door to leave.
get a flu shot. dont believe the hype.

Sure, it's safe.
Trust me, you'd be disturbed at how many people don't wash or anything after using the toilet. If such behavior causes disease the way most of us have been brought up to believe, there would be a lot more illness.

you know its good to use it from time to time ,but not all the time ,you do need to wash your hand sometimes because if we use something all the time the bacteria will be immune to it, its better to use it only when you in a hurry
