I agree, if you like someone else you need to break up with your current boyfriend. Just be sure about your decision because sometimes people think they want to be with someone else because it is " forbidden" and then they realize when it is possible they want to be with their ex. Just do the right thing and before you initiate anything with this new guy, break it off with the old first.

You just do it. When you commit to living with someone breaking up is all the more messy. I'm not sure if your live-in is also your brother's friend. If so, maybe he can move in with your brother.
