4. The Declaration of Independence is the supreme law of the land-true - No, this is false. The declaration of independence is not law.

5. A naturalized citizen is a citizen born in the United States -false - Correct

6. Resident aliens are entitled to equal protection of the laws in the United States - This is true. They however are not afforded the benefits of citizenship such as the right to vote.

7. A "patronage job" is a government position given to a person as a reward for his or her service to a political party-true - Correct

Here's how I would answer, but I haven't a social sciences class in years:

2. False - women were not originally allowed to vote. I think they were still considered citizens though.
3. False - I thought the Federalist papers were written to encourage people to revolt against English rule.
4. False - The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
5. False
6. False? I'm only basing this on the fact that resident aliens can't run for political office.

11. True. I think a 2/3 majority is needed to change the Constituion.

2 is false. Women and blacks (through literacy laws) were not allowed to vote.
