I work for the Property Management of my building ( Commercial Real Estate) and I wanted to know if it would be to risky to wear an outfit like that. We are having a halloween party for the entire building and I would only be wearing the outfit for a couple of hours.
Here is a picture of it:

There is also the Super Woman costume I was thinking about:

I'm actually more concerned about the length on each one.

Pretty sexy for a work function...I love the outfit though! Could you wear a nude-colored t-shirt or camisole under it so it's not as revealing on top??

EDIT: I thought you already owned it. If you haven't bought it, then don't. Why would you buy any costume for a work function that actually is titled "Sexy?"

There's a ton of low key versions of costumes. Be conservative at work.

Listen to what the girl said below me that talked about the French maid outfit. If you are concerned that it's too sexy, then it is.

Just a tip-don't wear anything that you will not want to hear about for the next year. I once wore a french maid outfit to work for Halloween (I was a radio DJ at the time and in grad school) and that was talked about for over a year by the guys I worked with. It was not a smart move on my part and that was in a profession that is a bit more out there than the realestate crowd. I would go with some thing a little less low cut/high cut-unless you want the older guys in the office to bring up "hey remember the Halloween party last year, what did you wear again" on a regular basis. It aint fun.

Definitely. I'm going to a butterfly cockroach because my name means small butterfly whereas the roach is from The Metamorphosis by Kafka. Well... at least that's what I've been wanting to do for the past few years. I'll probably be working..

At my job when wearing a costume we still have to adhere to the dress code, no revealing outfits, cleavage, short skirts. Ask HR or you boss. It isn't very professional. I would find something else.

i think you would look like the office hooker, but i love the costume. Plus if you are already worried about wearing it, then you wont have the confidence to pull it off anyway.

I don't think I would want to wear that to a work function...I would want to be a little more covered up...but if you are comfortable in it....go for it!
